With the WE Podcast Studio, we provide a multi-person recording experience. If you want to record in person or virtually, an audio or video podcast (or any piece of content, really), we can accommodate you.
Professional Equipment
Everyone always asks us this question, "What equipment do you have?" We've got Rode PodMics (4 of them) that feed into a Rodecaster Pro 2, alongside ATEM Mini Pro ISO video switcher, which is connected 2 other cameras. There is also a TV in the room if you need to connect with a remote guest or interviewer.

How It Works
Podcasting made easy!
This is how we do it at the Windsor-Essex Podcast Studio. It’s really that simple.
Step 1: Book Your Session
Easy online booking through Calendly. Choose any additional extra services like editing or post-production.
Step 2: Record Your Content
Walk into a fully set-up, professional studio. Our on-site team is there to fully support you during the session. You do the content and we'll share it with you within 24 hours. If you want it immediately, provide us with a Samsung T5 or T7 SSD. If you selected us to edit for you, that content will be delivered within 72 hours unless otherwise noted in your quote.
Step 3: Post Production (Optional)
Editing, sound mixing, and enhancements. Adding intros/outros and background music. Creating any snippets requested, all fully captioned.
Step 4: Publish & Promote
Launch your podcast across various platforms. Promote actively on social media to reach your audience effectively. Additional assistance with podcast hosting platforms and content clips for social media promotion available (additional fees apply).
ONE-Time Studio Sessions
Perfect for people who want to record high-quality audio or video with minimal fuss. Consider this a general studio session where you record anything you like from our studio. Great for short-form content, educational videos, virtual interviews, and more.

Studio time + on-site support + raw audio / video files.

Studio + 1 long-form episode edited + 5 social media clips fully captioned, delivered within 10 days.

Half Day Content Session $1500 + HST
Record 2-3 full episodes + 10-15 social clips + branded editing, delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Full-Day Takeover $2800 + HST
Record up to 4-5 episodes + 20 clips + full editing, delivered within 4 weeks.
Monthly Podcast Subscriptions
Consistency beats one-hit wonders. Podcasting is all about showing up regularly, building trust, and staying top-of-mind. Our subscription plans make that easy — and way more efficient than booking one-off sessions every time. Most podcasts fail because they stop showing up. A subscription keeps you in the game — and your brand in the spotlight. All of the below subscriptions are 3 month minimum commitments.

Every session comes with access to professional audio and video equipment and an environment suitable for recording. Optional editing services are available.
Not at all! Whether you’re starting your first podcast or producing your 100th episode, we’ll help you every step of the way.
Yes, we provide post-production services for an additional fee. Our basic session only the RAW files, so if you want a fully edit podcast or piece of content, additional fees applies. Book a call with us so we can better determine your needs and give you a custom quote.
Full payment is required up front, 100%, before a studio session is scheduled. We only accept payments via credit card or e-transfer.
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your booking without penalty.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the session receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other bookings and commitments.
That’s not cool, as it disrespects our time. No-showing a session will not receive a refund or credit.
